Thanks to the Cable Motion system, you train not only muscle strength but also stability and coordination. The two independently adjustable pulleys (20 positions) give you complete freedom of movement, allowing you to perform hundreds of exercises – from isolation to functional full-body training.

With the included training guide and comprehensive DVD, you won’t have to figure anything out yourself. You can easily put together your own programme and train in a targeted manner, regardless of your level.

What can you train with the G7?
