The Track Connect Console allows you to get the most out of this machine. The heart rate-based programs are ideal for burning calories or losing weight. Set the console to 90% of your maximum heart rate for a very intense workout, or follow a heart rate-controlled program such as "heart rate hill."

Your heart rate is easy to measure with the contact sensors on the ErgoGrip handlebars or the included chest strap.
