The Life Fitness E5 cross trainer Go Console is a very versatile cross trainer that is suitable for a total body workout.
At the touch of a button, the step length can be adjusted from 46 to 61 cm and the multi-grip handles allow athletes to train different muscle groups.
The result of years of extensive biomechanical research has been to create the smooth and natural elliptical motion path of the E5 Crosstrainer that feels comfortable.
The maintenance-free ball bearings reduce friction and ensure virtually silent operation.
This makes it an ideal cross trainer for home use, without having to worry about maintenance.
