Equipped with the GO console, you have an extensive package of training options such as heart rate-controlled programs, Race Mode, a Cool Down program and you can create your own workouts.
The Lifefitness exercise bike C3 is also equipped with a generator, so you can generate your own power and no longer need a socket!
Also available with a Track connect console.

The Life Fitness C3 generates its own power to keep the console running. Together with the GO console you have an environmentally friendly fitness device that helps you get in good shape in an easy way.
The Life Fitness C3 GO exercise bike has plenty to offer. Also in terms of comfort. The saddle is equipped with upholstery and luxurious padding. The self-balancing pedals are equipped with convenient straps to keep your feet in place. The handles are designed in a familiar racing bike style and measure your heart rate. A heart rate measuring chest strap is included for anyone who prefers to keep their hands free.
Go Console
The Go console is easy to operate so you have control over your training. On a large, blue-lit LCD display you can continuously see your training data, such as heart rate, calories, distance, etc. You can enter your settings in an instant. The resistance is adjustable in 20 levels, so that even the most experienced athletes are challenged.
The Go display also has 13 training programs for a very varied training. 5 of these programs are heart rate controlled for a very effective workout. The heart rate measurement of the exercise bike is done via the built-in hand sensors or with the included chest strap. Thanks to the memory, 2 people can save their training profile and view it at any time.

Geef 9 sterren dit apparaat is gewoonweg super, heb hem nu 1 1/2 jaar en ben eigenlijk nu pas zeer intensief aan het gebruiken . Super makkelijk en duidelijk in gebruik. Mijn vrouw denkt er niet anders over ook zij gebruikt deze fiets minimaal 2 keer in de week. En wat zeker het vermelden waard is tot nu toe alles wat ze beloofd hebben nagekomen chapeau Mark. Helemaal met bovenstaande reactie eens! Hiervoor heb ik een mindere kwaliteit home trainer gehad en na verloop van tijd is het verschil tussen beide goed te merken in comfort. Super zithouding waardoor ik minder last van mijn rug krijg wanneer ik lang ga fietsen, ben erg tevreden!
