View in real time, and at the end of the workout, analyze detailed data on how you apply force to each pedal stroke and the balance between your left and right legs. Improving pedaling efficiency reserves energy and increases power - ultimately keeping you faster for longer.
- Beginner: This rider stomps on the pedals and hasn't yet learned how to move his legs across the bottom or top of the pedal stroke. Their movement is jerky and they are likely to bounce in the saddle when traveling above 90 revolutions per minute.
- Average: This cyclist creates power over a wider range of pedal stroke and has a smoother pedal movement. They use a greater percentage of their muscles to produce force at the top and bottom of the pedal stroke.
- Elite cyclist: This rider produces force almost from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock on the pedal stroke. They produce power early on at the top of the pedal stroke and continue to contribute to their wattage output at the bottom. This rider is "sewing machine" smooth.

Sprint pro handlebar

The Sprint Pro handlebar is indoor cycling with a gravel twist - reinvented for greater control and stability in the sprint position, while also providing comfort and relief for the arms, back and shoulders during long ambitious rides. The WattRate Direct Power Meter is the most accurate power meter on the market and offers a direct measurement tolerance of +/- 1%. Such accuracy is groundbreaking in indoor cycling. It is located on the intermediate transmission and uses photocells to directly measure the torque (rotational force) of the spindle. Self-operating generator
No batteries required. The compact generator in the flywheel captures the cyclist's energy and charges the bicycle's integrated lithium-polymer battery. This makes the bicycle independent of electricity grids and expensive battery replacements.

Two-speed drive

With a huge gear ratio of 1:11, this revolutionary design, equipped with ICG's hybrid Poly-V and timing belt technology, can smoothly transmit extreme torque levels and generates incredibly fast flywheel speed. 300 degrees magnetic resistance
The magnetic resistance of the IC7 is technology at its best. The limited 300-degree dial offers 100 click steps and displays resistance level from 0-100% on the WattRate TFT console; and all with one movement of the user's wrist.

Ergo-shaped handlebar
A wide, soft PVC handlebar offers taller users more support. It has time trial bar ends, a central, easy riding position and intelligently integrates the WattRate TFT computer by leaving no cables exposed and adjusting the computer position in line with the handlebars.

Advanced bicycle fitting
The offset frame design and stepless four-way (saddle height, saddle front/rear, handlebar height, handlebar front/rear) slider and pin technology provide superior biomechanics, suit the widest range of users and allow fine adjustment.

User Assisted Uprights

WattRate TFT computer
The WattRate TFT computer has been redesigned and designed for the IC7 indoor cycle. It is a rugged computer with intuitive user navigation and a fast connection.

The computer has a bright, self-powered, fully integrated TFT screen and an LED display on the front, which simultaneously displays the individual training intensity for the user and the trainer. The display lights up in one of five Coach By Color zones that correspond to the user's WattRate instant power meter reading or heart rate output, so they know immediately whether they need to increase or decrease their effort.

Finding strength in numbers and fun with colors, progressing as an athlete requires accurate data and insights. For ambitious riders who love data, the user interface is now presented on 5 screens, with the ability to zoom in on more data as you scroll.
