Go Console
The Go console is easy to operate so you have control over your training. On a large, blue-lit LCD display you can continuously see your training data, such as heart rate, calories, distance, etc. You can enter your settings in an instant. The resistance is adjustable in 20 levels, so that even the most experienced athletes are challenged.

The Life Fitness RS1 Go also has 13 training programs for a very varied workout. 5 of these programs are heart rate controlled for a very effective workout. The heart rate measurement of the exercise bike is done via the built-in hand sensors or with the included chest strap. Thanks to the memory, 2 people can save their training profile and view it at any time.
