The Life Fitness RS1 Recumbent Track Connect combines comfort with gym-quality performance, bringing an energetic workout right to your home.
Equipped with the interactive Track Connect 2.0 console, which is easy to use and provides access to the exciting fitness apps Zwift and LF Connect on your tablet or smartphone.
The RS1 has a low step-through design, making it easy for older adults and those with limited mobility to get on and off the bike.
The seat features a back cushion and can be adjusted to 13 different positions, allowing every user to train in a comfortable position.

Track Connect Console 2.0
The Track Connect Console 2.0 is the ideal companion if you’re looking for more of a challenge or greater ease of use. There are a total of 15 pre-programmed workouts to keep your training varied. The user-friendly controls make it very easy to navigate the console 2.0 and quickly switch between workout programs. You can also create up to 4 user profiles so the whole family can easily track their own performance.
Connect your Apple or Android smartphone to the Track Connect Console 2.0 and use the LF Connect app or the popular Zwift app for a fun training experience. The Console 2.0 is equipped with a USB port for charging your smartphone.
