The Life Fitness RS1 recumbent Track Connect recumbent bike combines comfort with gym quality and brings an energetic workout to your own home.
Equipped with the interactive Track Connect console that is easy to operate and provides access to the exciting fitness apps Zwift and LF Connect on your tablet or smartphone.
The RS1 has a low entry, making it easy for older people and people with reduced mobility to get on and off the bike.
The chair is equipped with a back cushion and can be adjusted to 13 positions so that every user can train with a comfortable posture.

Track connect Console
The Track Connect console is the ideal companion if you are looking for more of a challenge or more ease of use. There are a total of 15 pre-programmed workouts that keep your training varied. The user-friendly controls make it very easy to navigate through the console and quickly switch training programs. There is also the option to create 4 user profiles so that the whole family can easily monitor their own performance.
Connect your Apple or Android smartphone to the Track Connect Console and use the LF Connect app or use the popular Zwift app for lots of training fun. The console is equipped with a USB port for charging your smartphone.
