The Lifemaxx Person Worm is perfect for CrossFit training and team competitions.
Please note: The Worm is delivered without filling, so that it can be filled to the desired weight.
The LMX1561 Crossmaxx® Worms are available in two sizes:
- LMX1561.S Crossmaxx® 2 person Worm - length: 160cm
- LMX1561.L Crossmaxx® 4-person Worm - length: 335 cm
We recommend filling the bags with rubber granulate. See the specifications and instructional video for more information.
We recommend filling the middle bag(s) with the following types of sand, due to the grain size:
- Crushed sand
- Concrete sand
- Infill sand for artificial turf
- Masonry sand
