The Lifemaxx Aquabag (size S - L) is perfect for use in functional training rooms and Personal training studios, but also for Small group training and other group lessons.
The original LMX1570 LMX.® Aqua bags can be filled with water.
This creates instability, which not only uses the large muscle groups, but also all other muscles that are normally forgotten.

Because the water moves, the body position and performance are also automatically corrected if necessary. This makes the LMX1570 LMX.® Aqua bags also ideal for rehabilitation.
The cover of the LMX1570 LMX.® Aqua bag (size S - L) is made of very strong PVC and the four neoprene handles ensure that endless exercises can be done. The LMX. Aqua bags can be easily filled and emptied using the cap with security.
