The Lifemaxx Crossmaxx Hollow Technique plate 50mm (2.5 - 5kg) is the perfect technique plate for beginners or technique training.
These weight plates are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), so they only weigh 2.5 / 5kg, but they have the official dimensions of the competition bumper plates (45cm).

The LMX96 Crossmaxx® Hollow Technique plate 50mm (2.5 - 5kg) can only be dropped (not overhead) on a lifting platform such as the LMX1744 Crossmaxx® Lifting platform or rubber tiles (minimum thickness 2cm).
