Description
The LifeMaxx CrossMaxx mini resistance band is a short version of the LMX1180 Crossmaxx resistance band.
With this mini resistance band, it is no longer necessary to double the resistance bands around the bar or tie them in order to get the right tension on the band pegs during lifting.
In addition to being used with the band pegs of the Crossmaxx Lifting platform, the bands are also ideal for resistance deadlifts, among other exercises.
The mini resistance band is not only ideal for resistance lifting, but also perfect for countless other exercises!
Think, for example, of bench presses, hip thrust exercises, stretching, agility, and many other exercises.
