1:2 Pulley Ratio
Our standard weight stack is labeled 68 kg, but contains 136 kg of total weight. When both sides of the functional trainer are used simultaneously, the user feels a maximum effective resistance of 68 kg. This 1:2 ratio is ideal for heavy, controlled movements that build muscle and strength, such as a chest press or lat pulldown.

1:4 pulley ratio
When only one side of the functional trainer is used, the maximum effective resistance felt by the user is 34 kg / 75 lbs. One-sided training activates additional integrated pulleys, creating a unique 1:4 pulley ratio. This allows users to perform explosive, athletic movements without the weight stack jumping due to cable slack. In addition, the cable goes much further, ideal for walking lunges and other movements that require more distance.

Thoughtful design
A total height of only 212 cm / 83.5" makes it easy to fit our functional trainer into spaces with lower ceilings. Cleanly routed cables and a walk-through frame provide freedom of movement and a more attractive aesthetic for the home.
