This Muscle Power Interval Timer 4 Digit MP1229 has 4 digits, so the timer indicates minutes and seconds, but also which lap you are in (indicates break rounds and workout rounds).
You can set 8 different programs on the timer. Setup is incredibly quick and easy once you get the hang of it.
To make it easy, you will receive an extensive manual with this timer.
Training programs can continue indefinitely with the Muscle Power Interval Timer 4 Digit MP1229.
You can indicate how long each round or break round should last and you can also save programs. This way you always have the right program with 1 press of the remote control.
