The Muscle Power interval timer 6-digits has 6 digits and therefore indicates minutes and seconds.
This timer can also indicate which round you are in, such as break and workout rounds.
You can set 9 different programs on the timer, these programs can continue indefinitely.
The interval timer is very quick and easy to set.
For example, you can indicate how long each break or round should last and you can also save this as a program.
This allows you to select the right program with 1 press of a button on the remote control.
This way you always have the right program with 1 press of the remote control.
Note: the timer is supplied with a remote control and manual.
