The Muscle Power Olympic curl bar MP820 is a barbell that is specially designed to train your upper arms.
The special serrated shape of the barbell makes it very easy to hold during exercises such as the biceps curl, triceps extension, preacher curl, etc.
The big advantage of the Muscle Power Olympic curl bar MP820 is that the tension on the forearms is relieved by the specific shape of the barbell.
