Description
The Muscle Power Olympic Super Curl Bar MP822 is a barbell specifically designed for training the upper arms.
Compared to the MP820, the MP822 has a special serrated shape in the barbell.
This makes it very easy to hold during exercises such as the biceps curl, triceps extension, preacher curl and more.
The big advantage of the Muscle Power Olympic Super Curl Bar MP822 is that the tension on the forearms is relieved by the specific shape of the barbell.
As a result, the risk of annoying (overuse) injuries in the forearms is much smaller than when you do these exercises with a "normal" straight barbell.
