Description
By attaching one end of a barbell, also called a barbel, to the rotating and fixed point of the Muscle Power Power Pivot Trainer MP1106, many new (diagonal) possibilities suddenly arise.
The bridge from 2- to 3-dimensional training is being built, allowing a larger number of total body exercises to be added to the existing arsenal.
Single-leg training, which is important to eliminate any imbalance and prevent future injuries, is made easier via the Muscle Power Power Pivot Trainer MP1106.
Because the barbell is fixed on one side, this creates more stability than maneuvering with loose (light) weights due to the resulting instability.
Training the trunk muscles (core) heavily with anti-flexion, anti-extension, anti-lateroflexion and anti-rotation resistance is another aspect in which the barbell pivot trainer excels.
Because the center of gravity falls outside the support surface during pivot training, the core can still be loaded much more heavily due to the relative stability.
