The Muscle Power Technique Plate 2.5 KG 50 mm black MP801 are made of plastic.
Conventional weights of 2.5 kg are small, so when using these weights the bars are very low to the ground. This can make it more difficult to correctly pick up barbells during exercises.
Especially during CrossFit training, where the correct technique is very important. These Technique Plates have the same diameter as Bumper Plates, so the bar has the same height, but not the same weight (Bumper Plates start at 5 kg).
The Technique Plates are ideal for beginners who want to apply the right technique right away.
