The NOHrD Swingbellis a modern variant of the Kettlebells known for CrossFit workouts.
The advantage of the Swingbell is the center of gravity that is shifted by the filling, so that the exercise movement extends beyond your arm.
The Swingbells are filled with iron granules, which creates a slight imbalance that provides an extra challenge with every movement, because the iron granules shift.
The result is targeted stimulation of your connective tissue (fascia), joints and muscles, increasing your overall performance and resilience.

Swinging movements are part of our daily routine - very effective and therefore a natural part of our repertoire of movements. When our resilience (ability to withstand stress) decreases, pain simply hinders our momentum. Prevent this by including SwingBell exercises in your workout: muscles, joints and connective tissue (fascia) become more supple, flexible and resilient.
Hand-stitched genuine leather
All NOHrD SwingBells are made of high-quality genuine leather and hand-stitched. An integrated metal splint guarantees the necessary stability of the bag.

Solid wooden handles
The handles of the SwingBell are made of solid, oiled wood, making them comfortable to hold.
Training with Swingbells
NOHrD SwingBells are not only for demanding, long-winded movements - these genuine leather free weights are the perfect combination with exercises on other equipment.
- Sit-ups with added SwingBell weight are much more challenging.
- Punch-Rotations can be performed by holding the bells by the wooden handle, with the weight resting on the top of your wrist - the pellet-filled, hand-stitched leather pouch will follow the movement.
SwingBells and training
CrossFit has been using the Kettlebell for years, promoting ball-shaped, cast-iron free weights, usually made of solid iron - not the case for the NOHrD SwingBells. This up-to-date variation of the free weight and dumb bell combines wood, metal and genuine leather. During use, the filling of the iron pellet shifts in the leather pouch, adding extra swing to your workout - ideal for targeting your connective tissue, also known as fascia. The SwingBells are an excellent choice for almost any free weight routine, with the benefit of extra momentum.
