Description
The NOHrD triatrainer weight bench has a unique, minimalist and contemporary design.
Closed, the triatrainer is the perfect core and abdominal muscle trainer.
When you fold to one side in the first position, you create a semi-bench to work your glutes and back muscles.
In the fully open position, the triatrainer can be used for standard bench workouts with and without weights.
It is a real space saver due to its compact design.
NB: The NOHrD TriaTrainer is available with genuine leather or synthetic leather and is available in 6 different colors!

The Tria Trainer is made of high-quality wood combined with leather or faux leather. The wood is all oiled and handcrafted. The perfect blend of leather and wood creates a harmonious whole.
Security and stability:
Its sturdy and robust design makes this a safe and comfortable training device. The triatrainer can be used with a maximum user weight of 150 kilograms.
Individually adjustable:
The footrest provides a safe and comfortable grip during your workouts. It can be positioned in 10 different positions. You can also fold the triatrainer completely and lock it in place for even more security.

In the semi-open position, the TriaTrainer is an effective training tool for performing these targeted back, gluteal, and abdominal muscle workouts.
Fully open position, training with free weights:
If you fully unfold the bench, you can do classic barbell exercises. The bench is, of course, perfect for varied workouts. For example, you can use the slanted side of the bench for muscle building. The NOHrD triatrainer does not come with a barbell support, so we recommend training with free weights.
