With the NOHrD hand rower WaterGrinder Cherries at home trainer and reach the fitness level of the Top Grinders!
In sailing, the Grinder's job is to convert the wind into motion by hoisting the sail as quickly as possible.
The Grinders do the heavy work on board and are comparable to top athletes.
With their muscle strength and endurance they move the winches and thus hoist the sails on the seaworthy yachts into the correct position.
The touchscreen is easy to operate and it is possible to rotate the screen to either side of the water grinder.
The screen offers a wide choice of training options, users can choose from the following programs:
- Time / Distance Training: Set a time or distance that you want to master and focus your training solely on achieving this goal.
- Versatility Drill:Confront yourself with many different and unpredictable training challenges, as if a real coach were commanding you by your side. Determine the focus of your training session and you'll get a fully differentiated workout, covering a wide variety of exercises.
- Competition Training: In Competition mode you compete against a virtual or real opponent where you have to hoist your predetermined number of sails as quickly as possible. This workout is about winning or losing and you are guaranteed a very intense training session.
