Powerblock Pro EXP Dumbbell Set 5-70

To change weight, remove the pin, choose the rail with the corresponding weight table/color and then insert the pin completely into the desired slot. Then you lift the selected weight with the handle and you can start your strength training. How easy training can be!

This expandable (EXP) model replaces 22 pairs of dumbbells or 714.5 kg free weights and can then be expanded with one kit. A kit adds 9kg (20 lbs.) to each dumbbell, so Stage 3 (5-90) has a weight of almost 41kg.

This is a great option for anyone who wants their set to grow with them. The handle element contains two additional cylindrical weights with which the load of the strength training can be precisely adjusted.
