By combining two proven training methods, cable resistance and vibration, the pro6 machine greatly increases your training options. The strong Vectran cables in the proMOTION system can be pulled out more than six meters in any direction and transmit the vibrations directly. You can perform a virtually unlimited number of static and dynamic exercises, both on and off the platform, while still experiencing all the benefits of the vibrations.

The AIRdaptive settings make it possible to offer each user the optimal intensity of vibrations, depending on their body weight. Setting 1 is intended for users weighing up to 60 kg, setting 2 for people between 60 and 90 kg, and setting 3 for people weighing more than 90 kg and up to 227 kg.

A recent study shows that regular training on the Power Plate, combined with a healthy diet, helps participants lose up to 10% of their weight and maintain this new weight in the long term.
