The Medicine Balls are made of synthetic rubber with an inner ball that can be inflated with air. The Medicine Balls have a structure that provides a firm grip. Inflating the inner ball makes it bounce, allowing for more exercises.
The training weight of the Medicine Ball should be just heavy enough to provide sufficient resistance to the muscles without compromising the technique and speed of the movement being performed. In the lowest weight class, Medicine Balls are ideal for rehabilitation training.
