Using the BioDyne performance technology, the movement is now simulated even more naturally by allowing the arms and legs to move synchronously. If you choose to train only your lower body, only use the footrests. The AD2 has a unique patented fan that allows you to train silently at infinite resistance levels. Now with an easy-to-use display where you can read variables such as speed, RPM, time, distance and the number of calories you have burned.
