The Sole Fitness E95 is equipped with various training programs and all training data can be easily read on the large and clear LCD screen. You can perform the heart rate programs perfectly with the supplied chest strap because the computer immediately calculates the heart rate at which you should train based on your age and weight. During training, the resistance is then automatically adjusted to remain in the correct heart rate zone.

The E95 features Bluetooth technology that allows users to save their workout data to an Android or Apple device. This fitness info can be tracked on the free SOLE Fitness App or transferred to other compatible fitness apps such as Fitbit, iHealth, RECORD and MapMyFitness. You can use other applications on your device while the SOLE Fitness App runs in the background, meaning you can watch a movie or check your email while you exercise and your exercise tracker won't miss a step! And the USB port lets you charge your smartphone while you exercise.
