The armrests of the E95S are designed in such a way that they can be gripped in different ways, giving you the opportunity to train various muscles in your upper body. The built-in buttons in both handles allow you to adjust both the resistance and the stride length. This allows you to concentrate on your training without letting go of the handles and at the same time bring your training to the desired level. The E95 has a training computer with various training programs. All these programs can be set so that you can train at your own level. In addition, you can easily read everything on the LCD display. The programs you can choose from are a manual program, six pre-programmed programs, two user profiles and another two heart rate programs. The latter can be performed perfectly with the supplied chest strap. This way you can work on your fat burning and fitness programs without any problems, because the computer immediately calculates the heart rate at which you should train based on your age and weight. During the training, the resistance is then automatically adjusted to train in the correct heart rate zone.

Sole has a fitness app that can be connected to the device. You can connect the device to your tablet or smartphone via Bluetooth. This then gives the option to view all training information on the screen in three different views. After training, this data is automatically uploaded to your personal page, allowing you to closely monitor your progress.
