Sole Fitness App Sole has a fitness app that can be connected to the device. You can connect the device to your tablet or smartphone via Bluetooth. This allows you to view all your training information on the screen in three different views. After your workout, this data is automatically uploaded to your personal page, allowing you to closely monitor your progress. The Sole Fitness App can share data with HealthKitApp, Fitbit, Record, MapMyFitness, Facebook, and Twitter.
