This then gives the option to view all training information on the screen in three different views. After the training, this data is automatically uploaded to your personal page, so you can keep a close eye on your progress. The Sole Fitness App can share data with HealthKitApp, Fitbit, Record, MapMyFitness, Facebook and Twitter.
