The Spirit Cable Crossover has a 1:1 pulley ratio for easy starting and fast training. With the ergonomically designed handles and soft touch points, you are guaranteed a comfortable feeling even during the most demanding workouts. The Crossover is equipped with two adjustable pulleys, each with a weight stack of 68 kg and also has a pull-up bar with a perfect grip.
With the Cable Crossover machine you can perform any type of pushing or pulling exercise that activates the entire body. It includes movements such as the standing chest press, chest fly, lat pull-downs, and any type of row, whether standing, kneeling, or even bent over.
