Self-generating, no batteries required:
The Johnny G Spirit bike generates its own energy with a generator built into the bike. A unique circuit design stores enough energy to retain workout information for at least 10 minutes and keeps connected to all user devices and leaderboards when the user stops pedaling. Unlike many other bicycles, no batteries are used in this bicycle.
