The Spirit Fitness rowing machine CRW900 uses a water resistance system so that your training feels as if you are really on the water.
With the handy adjustment knob you can easily choose one of the 10 resistance levels.
Rowing on the Spirit Fitness CRW900 feels like rowing on a smooth water surface because the water flywheel in the tank acts as a rowing paddle.
The water mass naturally rises and falls just like with real rowing, if you paddle faster, you experience more resistance. As you paddle slower, resistance will decrease.

Unlike other water and air rowers, the CRW900 does not decrease resistance at the end of the rowing motion. This promotes the development of a smooth, ultra-realistic paddling cadence for a more true-to-life rowing experience.
The extra-large, double tank transfers water from a passive tank to an active tank, generating 50% stronger resistance than other water rowers. This way you can row harder, increase your heart rate faster and build strength and power faster. This makes the CRW900 an optimal machine for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), because the adjustable resistance can be increased.
The CRW900 is a real ‘space saver’. Place the rowing machine upright after your daily workout so that the total surface area becomes very compact. In addition, this device is equipped with 2 integrated transport wheels for easy movement.
