Simple controls
The Fast Track Control feature allows you to change the resistance level without having to hold the handles and interrupt the workout. The double hand sensors ensure constant monitoring of the heart rate.

Fun workouts
Choose one of our new interval workouts. Burn more calories with Cross Training, for a greater variety of exercises, or Hills, for a more constructive workout. Or alternate the phases of the effort with Hi-Low Blocks.

Optimal start
- Starting is particularly easy, thanks to the reduced height of the pedals in relation to the ground, the lateral hand rests and the Self Starting System (Patented) that prevents the pedals from getting stuck when you want to start the training.

Adaptive stride
Vario dynamically and automatically adjusts its stride based on your height and movement, from 0 to 83 cm.
Its smooth and natural movement prevents 'bounce' during movement and ensures a more comfortable training.

The display also has plenty of storage space for a water bottle, keys, iPod or other accessories.

The TGS key makes it very easy to keep track of all your training results and activities. You can easily take the key from one device to another and continue where you left off without having to reset the device. The data is also stored in the cloud via the TechnoGym equipment and you can keep track of your progress with the MyWellness app.
