The movements you make with the TechnoGym lateral trainer Crossover Excite+ 700i are very similar to skating, skiing or dancing. The movements are easy to learn, because it is just like dancing: the more you let yourself go, the more fun it is!
The Crossover allows your arms to make a converging movement and your legs to stretch, twist and bend, working more muscles at the same time.
