The hydraulic resistance system realistically simulates the movement of rowing on open water, giving you an authentic workout experience every time.
The smooth, ball-bearing seat offers comfort with every stroke, while the adjustable footrests with straps ensure stability and safety.
The integrated LCD display shows all essential training data such as time, distance, strokes per minute, calorie consumption, and heart rate.
Thanks to the built-in wireless receiver, the rowing machine is compatible with chest straps via Bluetooth and 5.3 kHz frequency.
