This machine allows athletes to train their chest muscles in a targeted and symmetrical manner thanks to the independent converging arm system, which ensures a natural, controlled movement and optimal muscle activation. The leverage system provides smooth and constant resistance throughout the entire movement, allowing users to perform each repetition with precision. For maximum ergonomics, the machine is fully adjustable: the arm height can be adjusted to 6 levels, the seat height to no fewer than 18 levels, and the backrest can be adjusted forward and backward to 6 positions. These extensive adjustment options ensure that every athlete—regardless of height or experience—can find the perfect training position.

The PLX-9300 is built with high-density foam cushions and PU upholstery for long-lasting comfort and durability, even with intensive use. The gas spring-assisted seat adjustment makes adjustment quick and easy.
