Description
The Tunturi Cross fit suspension trainer is an extremely versatile fitness set for indoors and outdoors.
The training is done with your own strength and is therefore very tiring but also very effective.
It strengthens the muscles of the upper and lower body and improves balance.
The intensity can then of course be increased by the extra weight gain due to a weight vest or depending on the angle (position / posture) at which one trains.
