The Tunturi CT80 Total core abdominal and back trainer is a complete core trainer with which you can easily train both your abdominal and back muscles.
The combination of abdominal and back exercises should strengthen the middle of the body, the core, and thus contribute to better body stability.
The Tunturi CT80 is a combination of an incline bench, abdominal muscle bench, roman chair and a hyper extension.
