Adjustable Fluid Resistance
The R90W is equipped with an innovative water tank consisting of two separate tanks: an inner 'passive' tank and an outer 'active' tank. You can easily adjust the resistance by turning the dial. With a higher resistance, the water is moved from the passive tank to the active tank, so you experience more resistance after a few rowing strokes. To reduce resistance, the water flows back to the passive tank. This adjustable resistance makes the R90W suitable for all training levels, from light cardio training to high-intensity workouts.

The R90W combines the strength of steel with the robust appearance of American ash wood. The steel frame surrounding the water tank ensures maximum durability, while the wooden frame has been sanded and varnished twice for extra protection.
