The Tunturi Smart Jump Rope helps you get the most out of your training. Whether you want to improve your fitness or achieve more jumps per minute. The digital skipping rope has 4 different modes and is easy to operate via the button on the handle. This is neatly concealed so that you can never accidentally press it during training - very handy.

On the handle you will also find a display that keeps track of your training data such as time and number of jumps. Improve your results with Skipjoy
The Tunturi Smart Jump Rope can be used without an app, but works best with Skipjoy. This app is free to download and use on both iOS and Android. Create a profile and you'll be ready to go in a minute.

Free app with workouts, overviews and challenges
In the app you will find ready-made workouts – from warm-ups and stretches to speed and fitness training. The app keeps track of all your training data: after each program you see the total duration, the number of calories burned, the total number of jumps and the speed of your jumps (RPM). Easily scroll back by day, week, month and year and see your progress in a complete overview. For extra challenge and motivation you can earn medals by completing various ‘challenges’ to complete.

Have you ever trained offline? The data is then stored in the skipping rope itself. If you connect it to the app later, everything will sync automatically.

Train comfortably with a custom-made skipping rope
It is important that your skipping rope offers a good grip and has the right length. The Smart Jump Rope has a slim handle, just like a speedrope. This makes it comfortable to hold and offers extra grip. The Smart Jump Rope has a high-quality steel cable of only 3 mm thin. This makes the device durable and therefore lasts longer than comparable skipping ropes, the ropes of which are often made of thicker plastic. The steel cable can be completely adjusted to size. This means it never drags too far on the ground and you don't have to keep your arms too far apart to make the correct arc.

How do you determine the correct length?
1. Attach the steel cable to the handles using the supplied instructions.
2. Stand with both feet on the center of the jump rope. Check that each end of the cable is the same length from the center point.
3. Stretch the cable taut and hold the handles firmly. Look down.
4. Move the handles up or down until they are level with your sternum.
5. Adjust the length of the cable by pulling the rope through the handles.

Four different training modes
The Tunturi Smart Jump Rope has 4 different training programs/modes:

1. Free jumping. Free training, without limit on time and number of jumps.
2. Counting down time. Make as many jumps as possible in the chosen time: 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes or set a time yourself via the app.
3. Countdown jumps. Jump the chosen number of jumps as quickly as possible: 50, 100, 500 or 1,000 or set a number yourself via the app.
4. HIIT mode. Train with one of the preset interval programs.

Are you done training? The skipping rope switches off automatically after 60 seconds. Charging is easy via the included USB-A to USB-C cable.
