Description
The Tunturi SM60 Half Smith machine is ideal for home use if you would like to train without a spotter.
The back support of the weight bench is adjustable, if you lay the bench completely flat, it is perfect for free bench pressing.
If you place the backrest at an angle, it is the ideal sit-up bench to train your abdominal muscles, with or without a dumbbell.
Safety during training is guaranteed because you can secure the barbell on the barbell supports at any time.

At the front of the weight bench you will find a multifunctional arm and leg trainer. By combining the trainers with the handles and the support cushion, various exercises are possible to strengthen the arms and legs. Think of the biceps curl, the hamstring curl or the leg extension. You can easily attach the correct number of weights to the bottom. For protection and comfort, the arm and leg trainer is equipped with sturdy foam and vinyl upholstery.
