Ergonomic design for an effective massage
The Tunturi Vibrating Massage Roller consists of 3 moving parts with an ergonomic design. Each moving part has a round shape and there are small 'notches' between the parts. This ensures that the maximum massage force is on the outside of the roller, allowing you to safely center your spine or shoulder blade without unnecessarily straining it. The muscle or body part you are massaging falls ‘in’ the roller, so that the entire surface is optimally massaged.

Thanks to the shape and compact size, you can use the roller standing, sitting and lying down for every muscle group: from your back to your legs, buttocks, arms, shoulders and neck.

How to use the Vibrating Massage Roller
1. Choose the muscle you want to massage.
2. Turn on the roller, place it on the floor and slowly lie down on it. The muscle you are going to massage is located exactly in the middle of the roller.
3. Try to relax and keep breathing. You may feel an uncomfortable pressure, but you should not experience a sharp pain. Hold for 20-30 seconds.
4. Holding it has a lot of effect, but you can also roll back and forth to massage a larger area around the muscle.
5. Keep moving slowly back and forth and stop if necessary at places that need extra attention.

The vibration roller has 3 vibration speeds and 1 automatic program that alternates between the different speeds. The power button is located underneath the device, as is the LED indicator. This allows you to easily operate the massage device:

Press 1x – the device turns on - light 1 lights up - low vibration speed
Press 2x - light 2 lights up - medium speed
Press 3x - light 3 lights up - high speed
Press 4x - lights 1 to 3 light up - automatic program starts
Press 5x - the device switches off

The LED indicator also functions as a battery indicator during charging. The massage roller can be charged using the included USB-A to USB-C cable. The device is fully charged in 3 hours and lasts 2 hours with a full battery.
