A thick yoga mat for extra comfort
The Tunturi Yoga Mat 8 mm is ideal for all forms of yoga where you perform many postures in a lying or sitting position, such as yin yoga, yoga nidra and meditation. The mat is thicker than ‘normal’ yoga mats (3-4 mm), which offer extra comfort and allow you to relax more quickly. Ideal if you quickly suffer from hard floors at home or at the gym.

Less strain on your muscles and joints
The mat is also very suitable for other forms of training, such as fitness and Pilates, even if you suffer from (chronic) pain or are recovering from an injury. The thickness ensures that your back, legs, knees, ankles and joints are put under less strain.

Environmentally friendly and easy to keep clean
The yoga mat is made of 100% TPE: a combination of rubber and plastic. This environmentally friendly material is 100% biodegradable, extra soft, non-slip and resistant to sweat, odors and bacteria. So you don't have to worry about visible sweat spots. For extra hygiene, you can easily clean the mat with a little cleaning agent.
