The Wahoo KICKR Run treadmill is designed to make indoor running as natural and free as possible. With the unique RunFree Mode, you no longer need to manually adjust the speed: advanced sensors detect your position and automatically adjust the belt speed to your pace. This ensures a completely hands-free running experience, allowing you to fully focus on your running technique and rhythm.

The running surface is designed to simulate the balance between cushioning and energy return of outdoor surfaces such as asphalt or hard paths. As a result, every step feels natural and responsive. Additionally, the KICKR Run features a lateral tilting motion, allowing you to train your stabilizing muscles and be better prepared for realistic outdoor conditions.

With a maximum speed of up to 4:00 per mile, this treadmill is suitable for both intensive interval training and chasing personal records. The open construction of the belt provides a sense of freedom while running, while the minimalist console ensures a clear and interference-free training experience. The KICKR Run Treadmill integrates seamlessly with platforms such as Zwift Run, TrainingPeaks, and the Wahoo App. This allows you to follow interactive workouts where speed and incline are adjusted automatically. Thanks to connectivity with other Wahoo products such as the TRACKR heart rate monitor and KICKR HEADWIND fan, you can create a complete training system.
