Bosu balance training
With a Bosu balance trainer you turn almost any exercise into a balance exercise. Squats, lunges, push-ups or a plank on the half ball force the small stabilising muscles around your ankles, knees, hips and torso to join in, and you notice that in your coordination, your knee stability and your core. The great thing is that you can use it both ways up: with the domed side on top it is accessible enough for beginners and rehabilitation, and with the platform on top it becomes a serious challenge, even for experienced athletes.
The range revolves around one piece of equipment in five versions: the Home and the Pro at 65 cm, the NexGen with a surface divided into quadrants, the Elite with markings for your foot placement and the compact Sport at 50 cm. In addition, there is a soft 2 kg weight ball to make your exercises on the dome more demanding. The differences lie mainly in how intensively it is used, the grip of the surface and the size. Feel free to compare all the equipment for balance training as well.
